Product availability information presented on
our website is the best, most current information
we have. However, there is the possibility that errors may occur.

If a product is not in stock when you place your
order, we will do our best to let you know. We will
also provide you with our best estimate of when the
product will be available. Anticipated delivery dates
are dependent upon our suppliers and other factors beyond
our control, and are subject to change.

A physical shipping address is needed. We do not ship to post office
box addresses or hotel/motel rooms under any circumstances.

2nd day and overnight orders on parts for import cars must be submitted before 4 PM EST to be shipped the same business day.

Most orders are shipped the same business day, but it some cases it may take longer. We are not responsible for delayed shipments by carriers, holidays, or acts of God.

In some cases, the freight carrier may extend delivery time to certain residential areas. (Freight carriers do not include weekends in estimated delivery time.)

On-schedule delivery of UPS and DHL packages is guaranteed pursuant to their Terms and Conditions, barring circumstances out of their control, including, but not limited to, the following: airline delays; failure, unavailability or refusal of a person accept delivery of the shipment; acts of God; acts of public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority; acts or omissions of customs or similar authorities; the application of security regulations imposed by the government, or otherwise applicable to the delivery location; riots, strikes, lockouts, work stoppages or other labor disputes; war, military actions or police actions; acts of terrorism; civil commotions; disruptions in air or ground transportation networks, such as weather phenomena; and natural disasters.

For security and logistical reasons, packages cannot be rerouted once shipped. ChryslerPartsOnline.com
will not incur any forwarding costs on shipments. Due to special
package requirements, we may not be able to ship products
to certain areas.

All credit card orders are subject to
